Election: Schedule And Nomination Form (Collegium Members)

Dear residents,

Greetings for the day !!

The schedule for the Collegium Elections will be as under:

• Submission of Nominations on 20.09.20 (Sun), from 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs. and from 14:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs
• Withdrawal of Nominations on 23.09.20 (Wed) from 09:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs. to 19:00 hrs.
• Elections for the Collegium Representatives on 27.09.20 (Sun), from 08:30 hrs to 13:30 hrs.
• Declaration of Results on 27.09.20 (Sun), at 17:00 hrs.

It may please be noted that the elections to the Collegiums would be conducted only if there are two or more Nominations received.

Further, the schedule for elections of Governing Body (GB),comprising of one each for the post of the President, Vice-President, Gen. Secretary, Jt. Secretary and Treasurer and five Executive Members, will be as under:

• Submission of Nominations on 30.09.20 (Wed),from 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs. and from 14:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs
• Withdrawal of Nominations on 02.10.20 (Fri) from 09:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs. to 19:00 hrs
• Elections for the Governing Body posts on 04.10.20 (Sun), from 08:30 hrs to 13:30 hrs.
• Declaration of Results on 04.10.20 (Sun), at 17:00 hrs.

Nomination forms have to be submitted to the undersigned in the office of the RWA.

You all are also hereby informed that the Form for Nominations for contesting the Collegium Elections is available in the office of the RWA. You may collect the same whenever it is convenient to you between 10:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs (Except on Wed).
