We thank you all for support in renewal and correction in the list of members. The last date for this was 22.04.2017
Yesterday evening ad-hoc committee met and made corrections in collegium list and in membership list based on the request received from members.
The modified list is attached. If any member wants correction of typo errors, pl do so latest by 9.5.2017.
If any member has any objection can do so to the registrar till 9.5.2017 and subsequently the formal election will be conducted by the RO appointed by registrar.
RO after going through the list submitted will prepare the list of eligible voters and conduct the election.
