Schedule Of Elections For Ardee City RWA

Dear Residents,

Sub: Elections for the Ardee City Resident Welfare Association (RWA) – reg.

Received a mail from the General Secretary Shri. Nihal S. Mandotra, Ardee City Resident’s Welfare Association (hereinafter referred to as RWA), Sector-52, Gurugram, on 06.09.2020 conveying me the decision, that the Governing Body in its meeting held on 06.09.20, unanimously resolved to appoint me as the Returning Officer (RO) for conducting the forthcoming elections in accordance with HRRS Act, 2012 as amended and requested me to confirm acceptance of the same.

In response to the same, I confirmed and accepted the same to the Gen. Secretary, RWA, through mail dated 06.09.2020.

Today, on 11.09.20, received a mail from the Gen. Secretary, RWA, wherein a complete mapped Collegium-wise list of eligible voters, duly amended/updated was forwarded to me.

In the interest of holding elections during the time frame, I give my cognizance to the said list, as the same has been officially submitted/forwarded from the office of the RWA (through the Gen. Secretary) and copy of the same has also been marked to the District Registrar.

However, the said list will be available in the office of the RWA from tomorrow i.e. 12.09.20 till 18.09.20 (upto 17:00 Hrs) for inspection of the residents and amendments, if any, are justified, the changes would be carried out to the list.

The schedule for the Collegium Elections will be as under:

Submission of Nominations on 20.09.20 (Sunday), from 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs. and from 14:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs

Withdrawal of Nominations on 23.09.20 (Wednesday) from 09:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs. to 19:00 hrs.

Elections for the Collegium Representatives* on 27.09.20 (Sunday), from 08:30 hrs to 13:30 hrs.
Declaration of Results on 27.09.20 (Sunday), at 17:00 hrs.

* It may please be noted that the elections to the Collegiums would be conducted only if there are two or more Nominations received.

* * Nomination forms have to be submitted to the undersigned in the office of the RWA.

Further, the schedule for Governing Body (GB), comprising of one each for the post of the President, Vice-President, Gen. Secretary, Jt. Secretary and Treasurer and five Executive Members, the schedule for the Elections will be:

Submission of Nominations on 30.09.20 (Wednesday), from 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs. and from 14:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs

Withdrawal of Nominations on 02.10.20 (Friday) from 09:00 hrs. to 11:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs. to 19:00 hrs
Elections for the Governing Body Posts on 04.10.20 (Sunday), from 08:30 hrs to 13:30 hrs.
Declaration of Results on 04.10.20 (Sunday), at 17:00 hrs.

For assistance to the Election process, I would like the enlist support of 5 to 6 volunteers. RWA members (whose names appear in the member list) may send in their names to act as volunteer to me at vineettrehan16@gmail.com, latest by 16.09.20. since, all eligible voters are potential contestants, in the Elections, they would not be considered for the voluntary support. With prejudice to none, RO will be free to select any 5 or 6 from the names received in this regard.

Residents are requested not to give cognizance to the Election related matters which are not signed by me.
