                                  NOTICE

           ELECTIONS FOR THE NEW RWA GOVERNING BODY – 2026

All residents/members are hereby notified that the Ardee City Residents’ Welfare Association (Regd.), in its Governing Body (GB) Meeting held on 4th August 2026, has resolved to initiate the process for elections for constitution of the new Governing Body of the Association, as the tenure of the present Governing Body is nearing completion.

The Governing Body has appointed Shri Vijay Gosain as the Returning Officer (RO)/Election Officer to conduct and supervise the election process in a free, fair, impartial and transparent manner, in accordance with the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012, as amended, the registered Bye-Laws of the Association and other applicable legal requirements.

The Returning Officer shall oversee the election process, including finalisation of the electoral roll, receipt and scrutiny of nominations, finalisation of the list of candidates, polling wherever required, counting of votes and declaration of results, in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework.

The detailed election programme, including the dates for finalisation of the electoral roll, filing and scrutiny of nominations, withdrawal of nominations, polling and declaration of results, shall be notified separately by the Returning Officer.

All eligible members are requested to extend their full cooperation to the Returning Officer and participate in the election process in a responsible and constructive manner.

The Association shall endeavour to ensure that the election process is conducted fairly, transparently and in accordance with the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
