This Association has facilitated the process of enrollment to UID AADHAAR number for the residents in the office of the Association as per schedule below:

Days - Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Daily (On Holidays & Sundays also)

Timings -Â Â Â 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Lunch -Â Â Â Â Â Â 1:00 â€“ 1:30 PM

Enrollment forms available with the office of the RWA & Website.

Submission:-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Duly filled enrollment form alongwith proof of residence and date of birth (photocopy).

Photograph:-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Not required.

Proof of Residence & date of birth consideration :-

Passport, Pan Card, Ration/PDS Photo Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Government Photo ID Cards, Photo ID issued by Recognized Educational Institution, Photo Bank ATM Card, Pensioner Photo Card, Kissan Photo Passbook, CGHS / ECHS Photo Card, Address Card having Name and Photo issued by Department of Posts.

Supporting documents acceptable as Date of Birth.

Birth Certificate, SSLC Book/Certificate, Passport, Certificate of Date of Birth issued by Group A Gazetted Officer on letterhead.
