Dear residents in continuation to the earlier communication , where we updated you about the disposal of the appeal filed by Ardee Management for stay on the order of Honorable district commission regarding revocation of the supplementary maintenance agreement. The RWA has already revoked the supplementary agreement under its letter dated Oct.6, 2014, duly delivered to the Management, because they are not coming forward to hold the meeting in terms of the direction of the District Consumer Forum. We have once again asked Ardee management vide letter dated 26th Dec-15 to stop charging additional maintenance charges based on supplementary agreement from next bill till the final settlement of the court case. We hereby request our residents to support our fight by either not paying maintenance charges to the Ardee Management or by depositing the same to ESCROW Account, which RWA has started as per your wishes and is in our long term interest.
