• The Ardee Management has refused permission for use of their plot to hold a meeting of our Open House on the 30th November. We have also applied for the use of Community Centre. Verbally, Shri Dheer has informed that in the first instance, police clearance for any assembly is essential. These things should not deter us. We should go ahead with the proposed Open House in Games Park at 11 AM on Sunday. Please join us for betterment of Ardee City.

• The RWA feels itself on all its fours and will fight for the cause of the colony tooth and nail. Only, the residents should not develop a cold feet at any point.

• On Saturday, Sh Arun Kumar Sharma, Sh Vikas Sanjit, and Sh M.M. Arora will be going to Chandigarh to explore the  possibility of following a suitable  legal course to sort out our  entanglements with the Ardee Management, through the WRIT route or the DEFICIENCIES IN SERVICES route. Our problems are too many. The basic amenities promised to us during the sale of our flats such as community center, club, dispensary, temple and excellent infrastructure, return of security deposit, proper maintenance agreement, efficient electrical infrastructure, transparent billing of electricity charges, hassle-free deposits of maintenance and electricity bills are some of them to name a few. 

            May be we can convey something more positive on return from Chandigarh.
